PROCESSING/ SHIPPING

 

Please allow 3-10 business days for domestic orders (free shipping on orders $40 or more) and 10-21 business days for international orders (free shipping on orders $60 or more). That excludes holidays and weekends. This includes the time needed to prepare and process the order to be shipped. Check back frequently, as the processing times may vary depending on the time of year or global event.

Pre-orders typically take anywhere from 30-90 business days. See 04, for more information regarding pre-orders.

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

 

To ensure customer satisfaction, exchanges must be done within five businesses days from the date the product is delivered. Products cannot be exchanged or returned unless we determine that the product is defective or the incorrect order was shipped. It must be in its original condition with its original packaging. Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the item.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at the time you ordered. It's important that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.  If you provide an incorrect/ incomplete address at checkout, we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred. Your product(s) will be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid.

WHAT DOES IT MEANS TO PRE-ORDER A PRODUCT?

This means to order an item of merchandise before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later date (typically 30-90 days). Pre-ordering allows customers to be the first to purchase a new product that is either special edition or will come in a limited quantity. Every item has a different time frame it takes to manufacture and ship.

Brand ambassadors are hand picked by our PR/ Marketing team and represent everything our brand stands for. If you believe in what our brand stands for, have an active & engaged following of at least 5K, and can commit to creating professional, creative content then email us at marketing@theboldbrand.com regarding possible affiliation.

VENDING

We are always open to vending opportunities. Please email marketing@theboldbrand.com with the date, time, location, vending fee (if applicable), and the amount of attendees you are expecting at the event.

CLIENT PHOTOGRAPHS

 

Photographs we post on social network sites such as, Facebook and Instagram are used to showcase models and customers wearing our products. Several variables such as lighting, use of flash, computer monitor settings, or even customers modifying their own photos can give different appearances.
